LensLink is free and open source, and support runs through the same place the code lives. Most questions are answered by the documentation; the rest go to GitHub.

Report a bug or ask for a feature

Open an issue on GitHub: github.com/MyNamesEMurray/LensLink/issues. Say which app version and iPhone or iPad you have, which OBS and plugin version, and whether you are on Wi-Fi or USB. The app's Options screen has a Camera diagnostics report you can paste in; the plugin's Tools → LensLink Settings has Copy a diagnostics report.

Release notes and downloads

Every version of the plugin and the app is listed on the releases page, with what changed in each. The download page always points at the latest.

Privacy

The app collects no data. The privacy policy explains what it can see and why.
